Come join the YSC to celebrate Easter (on Saturday) with a traditional Scandinavian buffet! Reservations will open in March

The YSC will be hosting a traditional Scandinavian brunch at the Swedish American Hall the Saturday before Easter with all the home cooked crowd favorites:  herring, salmon, shrimp salad, meatballs and assorted styles of egg.  Helan går your friends and fellow members with a refreshing glass of Bål while feasting on traditional Scandinavian fare.


Food and Drinks are included with ticket:
Herring
Potatoes (Färskpotatis) 
Homemade Meatballs with Lingonberries
Knäckebröd with skagenröra (shrimp salad)
Assorted Cheeses
Salmon
Deviled eggs
Eggs with Kalles kaviar
and more...

Bål (traditional Swedish punch), beer and wine. 

Reservations:
Reservations are required for this event. Tickets will be available in March.

Dress Code:
Business Casual or more formal.
