Come join the YSC to celebrate Easter (on Saturday) with a traditional Scandinavian buffet! Please RSVP no later than March 25.
The YSC will be hosting a traditional Scandinavian brunch at the Swedish American Hall the Saturday before Easter with all the crowd favorites: herring, salmon, shrimp salad, meatballs and assorted styles of egg. Helan går your friends and fellow members with a refreshing glass of Bål while feasting on traditional Scandinavian fare.
Food and Drinks are included with ticket:
Homemade Meatballs with Lingonberries
Knäckebröd with skagenröra (shrimp salad)
Eggs with Kalles kaviar
Bål (traditional Swedish punch), beer and wine.
Reservations are required for this event by March 25th via this site.
