The wait is over. Reservations for the Tahoe cabin’s winter season, December 1 through March 30, are open now.
And the timing is good: this is an El Niño year. Forecasters are saying “wetter than average” for the Sierra. We’re saying “please, please, please.” We don’t control the weather, but if enough of us book the cabin, light a candle, and do a coordinated snow dance in the parking lot, the odds can only improve. (This is science. Mostly.)
How booking works
Reservations open 45 days in advance, so the window rolls forward every day. If you want a particular weekend, set a reminder for the day it opens, because popular dates go quickly.
Stays are limited to a maximum of 4 nights.
Rates are $45 per person per night in standard and family rooms, $35 for a single bed in a shared room, and $25 for children.
Rooms range from cozy queen rooms to a downstairs family room that sleeps five, so there is a fit for couples, families and friend groups.
Pack the layers, wax the skis, and send good snow vibes skyward.
Introducing the Tahoe Kitchen Fund
Every great cabin trip comes down to a dozen people, one kitchen, and a pot of chili that has to feed everyone. Our Tahoe kitchen has earned its retirement.
That’s why we’re launching the Tahoe Kitchen Fund, a member-powered campaign to raise money for a brand-new kitchen at the cabin.
And here’s the good part: the club is matching every donation 1:1 through the end of the winter season. Give $50 and the kitchen gets $100. Give $500 and it gets $1,000. Your generosity doubles the moment you hit “donate.”
Chip in. Scan the QR code or this link. Whether it’s $10 or $1,000, you’re helping build the place where future pancake breakfasts, après-ski nachos and midnight snack raids will happen.
