Any Eurovision fans here?! Get ready to put on your glitteriest and sparkliest outfits, and come join the YSC and the Scandinavian School as we cheer on our Nordic countries in the 2024 Eurovision Song Contest!!

This year marks a golden anniversary, it is 50 years since Swedish ABBA won the Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Waterloo”, catapulting the band into global stardom. (It is also 40 years since Swedish group Herreys won, with the song “Diggiloo”. Swedes seem to have a thing for loos, it seems!) And, to make it even more magical, this year’s Eurovision finals are set to light up on May 11 in Malmö, Sweden.
The Scandinavian School & Culture Center and The Young Scandinavians are preparing for a glitter party! This will be a family friendly event, so children are welcome. The contest starts at 9pm Swedish time, 12pm PST. We will open the doors from 11.15. Limited number of tickets, so don’t wait! Get yours while we still have Early Bird pricing!
Included in the ticket is food + snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, the entertainment, random prizes for best costume and closest vote.
Not included are alcoholic beverages. We will sell drink tickets at the door, or you can purchase a “5 for $20” package when you buy your event ticket.
Early Bird price until 4/31: $40 adult / $20 child (5-15)
Regular price from 5/1: $50 adult / $25 child (5-15)
Please note that every person, including small children, need to be registered, as we have a firm limit on the number of people allowed at the venue!
